Wilfrid Laurier University Student’s Phone: 519-884-9547 Fax: 519-884-7723 Sleeping Children Around The World To Hold Benefit Concert At Wilfs [Waterloo, ON], March 19, 2006 – Sleeping Children Around The World, a Wilfrid Laurier University Campus Club is holding a charity benefit concert called “Bands 4 Beds” at Wilfs on Saturday March 24th at 10:00pm. Sleeping Children Around The World is an organization that donates beds, school supplies and clothing to children in less developed countries. This exciting event will feature performances by Emily McCullogh, The Street Pharmacy and Supermarine. There is a cover charge of $3 and there will also be over $500 in great raffle prizes to be won. Megan Ballamy, President of the Laurier Chapter of Sleeping Children Around The World, states “Coming out to Bands 4 Beds at Wilf’s on March 24th is a great opportunity for students to support a Canadian charity by having a few drinks, buying some raffle tickets and listening to some great music!
